Account deletion

In Pepfolio, open Settings → Account → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.

Request Account Deletion by Email

Email an account-deletion request to [email protected]. If your email app does not open, send your request to [email protected] with the subject "Pepfolio account deletion request".

Sending an email requests assistance; it does not automatically delete your account. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request. Do not include your password or sensitive health information.

Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion through Pepfolio's account settings.

Account deletion removes associated application records and initiates cleanup of related private media.

Some cleanup operations occur asynchronously. Limited information may also remain temporarily in backups, operational records, external service-provider systems, or where retention is required or permitted by law.

Deleting your Pepfolio account does not automatically delete copies you previously exported or shared outside the application.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, deleting the Pepfolio app or your Pepfolio account does not necessarily cancel a subscription managed through an external payment provider.

Apple Subscriptions

Deleting your Pepfolio account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it through your Apple account subscription settings.
